Pilfershire: Mysterious or Misunderstood?

Pilfershire is an intriguing local topic, especially for those who have seen evidence of this abandoned village on Simsbury’s western ridge. The remaining stone cellars hold the stories of the hardy men and women who made their lives there, from colonial times to about 1900. Learn the facts and fiction surrounding the mysterious settlement of Pilfershire in this engaging presentation that will take you on an imaginative journey to the past.

This presentation is hosted by the Simsbury Historical Society, in partnership with the Simsbury Land Trust.

Free of charge. Pre-register online at the Simsbury Public Library website.
